As I mentioned on my home page, I am nowmodeling at the Art Center
in Southbridge, MA, located at 111 Main Street, although currently, the drawing sessions have been
cancelled due to the high cost of heating bills.

But they will resume in April and will run on Wednesday nights, from 6:30-9:30pm. So please do come on down and develop your drawing skills further by drawing from a live model.

I have also been modeling for Luis Mendez, who started a drawing class in his studio in Worcester, and you can access him at his site right here. ~ Experience as an Artist's Model ~
I have been modeling for artists for the past 12 years, both for students and professionals. When I lived in Brookline, MA, I modeled at all the art schools, from The Art Institute of Boston, to Mass Art, BU, The Museum of Fine Arts,  The Museum School, the Eliot School in Jamaica Plain, and for private artists and groups as well.

Since moving to the Worcester area, I have continued to model, notably at the Worcester Art Museum, Assumption College, Worcester State College, The Silver Circle Studio in Putnam, CT, WPI, and privately. I am available for nude and portrait sessions, and my rate is $20/hour. For photography, my rate is $50/hour. I am exceedingly professional and can adapt to any and all directions given.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Mr. Cheaney in Boston, off on Congress Street, and he always worked with nothing but a skylight. No other artificial light whatsoever. On extremely overcast days, some of his students complained that they could not even see me as I stood on the pedestal. It was rather humorous, and I had to agree with them. But as you can see by these two drawings on this page, it did not have any effect on his brilliance.

Over many a session did I pose for Amy, and we had nice long chats whilst occasionally sipping on a single malt scotch. Her attention to detail is amazing and she is one of the few artists who actually captured my essence!
